Weigh-In Week 9!

Hey Everyone!

So I just got back from my Optifast meeting, before I do my weigh-in I want to share a quote the nutritionist shared with us today

“Failing to plan is planning to fail.” -Alan Lakein

I thought this was really interesting, and so true as far as my experience goes.  When I don’t plan my food or my activities, I usually fail, or loose time that I could have used in a more productive way!

This week I weighed in at 281! I have been very frustrated because the weight hasn’t been coming off quicker. The doctor told me today he thinks that the reason why, is my metabolism trying to catch up with the rapid weight loss and I should start loosing faster soon! But just like in past posts, I am just happy that I am finally loosing, and not gaining it back!
