Weigh In Week 19! Happy Tears!

Hey Everyone!

I just got back from my doctors and Optifast meeting! I don’t know if I would even believe my self if I typed it…so I took a photo!

I can’t believe this, I haven’t been in the 240’s since like freshman year of high school!

Today has been a whirlwind of emotions for me, mostly full of surprise and gratitude, this morning I actually cried because I was feeling happy! What?!?!

The reason for this oh so unusual bout of tears was an email I received. An email from diettogo.com letting me know that I was included in their list of top 100 most inspirational bloggers! I was incredibly taken back by this, and so grateful to every single one of you! I love interacting with such amazing people from all over the world and it is because of the interactions and community on here that I was included on this list! I am so honored so thank you so much! Like I have said before, this blog was started as a place for me to be honest about my journey, and I am lucky that people have read and connected to my weightloss journey so far. It’s scary exposing myself in such a public way, but I don’t regret a single word! I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for this blog and all of you!

First of all congratulations for becoming a part of such an amazing list, your blog is inspirational indeed. 🙂 i wanted to ask you what is it that kept you motivated to keep going through the whole process, did u have any breakdowns at any point? Because I keep fading away from my goal more often than i should. What keeps you motivated! XX

    1. I also keep fading. Especially in the cold. I keep seeing people lose weight and I think wow maybe I can do it too but I just can’t keep going. I’m with it for a month and then I’m back to bad habits
