Hey Everyone!
So today’s post is going to be a fun one! I asked if you guys wanted to hear me answer my own questions from the Leibster award and the oh so kind Coffeefox requested that I do! So here are me answering my own question, which are surprisingly harder than I thought! Geez ruzele..!
When and why did you start blogging?
My first post was on December 14th of 2014, you can read it here
“I let my self get to that point and it was “easier” for me to say I didn’t care. I knew deep inside that I wasn’t happy, I doubted that I could change, but knew that I could try.”
This was the beginning of my journey, I started this blog as a way to keep me accountable for my actions and track my progress!
The most impactful quote you have ever heard?
I heard this years ago when I was watching a Shaytards vlog, Shay mentioned this quote around the time he did his “Shayloss September” weight loss challenge. While I didn’t loose weight during this time, that quote deeply impacted me and untimely became a reality for me.
What book changed your life?
The Uglies Series by Scott Westerfeld. Yes this is a series of YA sci-fi novels, but it was the first book series I found on my own and religiously read, I am actually re-reading it right now! I loved the idea behind the books, and I wholeheartedly related to Tally. This series was like my escape and my outlet for creativity during a really hard time in my life.
Your favorite place to workout?
This really depends on my mood, I love working out outside, but usually don’t do it that often because I struggle with being self conscious. I worry about how people judge me, and what they think about me, which isn’t a good thing, but I am working through that!
What motivates you in a time of depression?
Usually when I am depressed I try and think about where I want to be in life. I try to remind myself that being stagnant and not doing anything to get to that place will do nothing but hold me back. I also push my self to go outside if I can, because the sun and fresh air do wonders for depression. Sometimes you just need to feel sad though, so occasionally I just let myself feel it and then let it passes on its own.
What movie could you watch over and over?
In Your Eyes! It was a total accident that I came across this movie on Netflix! I typically highly dislike romantic movies, with a passion! But this move has sort of a sci-fi feel to it in a way you wouldn’t expect. Its a whole new twist on a romantic movie and it has to be one of my favorite movie ever, I could never get tired of watching it!
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?
I have a few places on my list, but the #1 would probably be backpacking in the Amazon Rainforest. I actually wrote a post about the places I want to go, you can read that here!
Who has been the most influential in your journey so far?
My aunt, honestly she has been a saving grace. She has always pushed me to do my best and be the healthiest I can be. I can confidently say I wouldn’t be anywhere close to the person I am today if it wasn’t for her.
Do you listen to music through head phones or speakers?
Headphones! Usually through my Skullcandy Aviators
What do you hope to accomplish in your life?
Why did I ask such a loaded question?!?! Ultimately I want to be happy and healthy, whatever that actually means for me has yet to be determined!
If you could do ANYTHING with no consequences and no limitations, what would that be?
Hands down, I would go to space! Not just one of those flights that bring you out of the atmosphere for a few minutes. I would go to a different planet or the moon or to some crazy astroid! If I had a garuntee I would come home in one piece, I wouldn’t think twice about leaving Earth to experience that!
The lovely nittmish also asked me a question which was:

Fantastic answers! I’m going to be posting mine very soon, thank you so much again for the award ❤

ok – first of all – the only opinion that matters is YOURS when it comes to what you look like or what you do. The people in the park? They are not important to you and your life – so why care what they think of you? they have no power over your life. So go outside, be active in any way you want to and smile that gorgeous smile of yours. Trust me – THAT is the only thing they will notice. That – and they will envy you for daring to be outside and sweating 🙂 Have fun!!
second – it is totally normal to have ups and downs when you’re losing weight. It messes with hormones and there are a lot of things happening and changing in your body. Especially when you lose weight as fast and as much as you have 🙂 It takes time for the body to catch up with all the changes.
you’re doing great!
Enjoy England 🙂

You like the sunshine, the outdoors, think you said it was a motivation for you, as it is for me. Then by all means, go outside to workout! Anyone who sees you will think, boy, she is motivated. Look how hard she’s working! It will probably motivate others to do the same! I used to be self conscious about exercising outside. Then one day some good music on headphones got me to walking five miles a day. It was great. I even sang along to some. Feeling good about the exercise is a great motivation. Good luck!
