So I started off this morning by kickboxing! Thats right! I went to trial session at a
local kickboxing gym and it was THE best workout I have ever gotten! I definitely learned a few new exercises I am going to incorporate into my workout!
I just got back from my weigh in and I weighed 239! 239!! I can’t believe it, thats 3 pounds down from last week, 96 pounds total and 4 pounds away from being at 100 pounds lost! I am going to workout extra hard this week and by this time next week I wil most likely be at 100 pounds gone! AHHHHHH!

I still can’t believe how far I have come, time has flown by! I can’t believe how much in denial I was about my weight before, and how big I was.
I have definitely come to appreciate every step of this journey, and I can’t wait to see what happens next! I am so happy all of you are along for this crazy ride as well!
