Weigh In Week 24! 4 POUNDS AWAY!

Hey everyone!

So I started off this morning by kickboxing! Thats right! I went to trial session at a
local Screen Shot 2016-06-15 at 8.16.45 PMkickboxing gym and it was THE best workout I have ever gotten! I definitely learned a few new exercises I am going to incorporate into my workout!

I just got back from my weigh in and I weighed 239! 239!! I can’t believe it, thats 3 pounds down from last week, 96 pounds total and 4 pounds away from being at 100 pounds lost! I am going to workout extra hard this week and by this time next week I wil most likely be at 100 pounds gone! AHHHHHH!

I still can’t believe how far I have come, time has flown by! I can’t believe how much in denial I was about my weight before, and how big I was.

I have definitely come to appreciate every step of this journey, and I can’t wait to see what happens next! I am so happy all of you are along for this crazy ride as well!

  2. Simply stupendous! Love the way you keep challenging yourself – for e.g. this getting lessons in kickboxing. It is not just 100lbs – it is the tremendous build-up step by step in determination, hardwork, perseverance, self-worth that has achieved the loss and thereby made a new you! Bravo! Btw I find it adorable & heartwarming the way you have retained your sweet kind sunshine smile through the transition.

    I wanted to ask you this, do you have a personal trainer or do you plan your routine all by yourself?

    1. Haha thank you so much! I have seen trainer here and there, but for the most part I have just been looking up youtube videos and working out on my own!

    1. I just use iMovie right now! I do want to get final cut though! So many more options for editing! haha! Oh thank you so much! There will be a new video up on Sunday about how I have learned to stop binges! Thank you so much for the support! 🙂
