So I’ve been having a hard time recently. I am really struggling with my self esteem right now and I know this journey comes with ups and downs. So to help me get out of this funk I want to write a few things that I am grateful for.
- I am greatful for my family and friends.
- I am greatful for this blog and the chance to document my journey
- I am greatful to all of you for being amazing people
- I am greatful for the 99 pounds I have lost
- I am greatful for being healthy
- I am greatful for the opportunity to see my self and see how far I have actually come
- I am greatful for optifast
- I am greatful for the journey ahead of me
- I am greatful for the challenges that I am presented with because they give me an opportunity to grow and become stronger 💪🏻
This is something my aunt has always told me to do when I feel down is list the things I am greatful for and I can tell you I already feel better. What are you greatful for?
