I Have Lost 102 Pounds! Week 27 Weigh-in!

Hey everyone!

As you can tell by the title I reached an amazing milestone today! I weighed in at 233 pounds for a total weightloss of 102 pounds! I can’t even believe this! I Knew I was going to hit that number soon but to see me surpass 100 already is so surreal. I put up a transformation video on my youtube channel, you guys can check it out here:

While putting together this video together I spent so much time going through my old videos and photos and I just can’t believe how far I have come!

The photo on the left was taken on my 18th birthday, the first birthday after my mom passed away. I remember being that girl, I was so unhappy and so depressed. I hid away from everyone including myself and use food to numb. I never thought I would be where I am today and I am so thankful for this journey! I am so thankful for my amazing aunt Screen Shot 2016-07-06 at 8.45.08 PM.pngwho without her, I wouldn’t be here today! And I am also so thankful for the tool that Optifast has provided me and the incredible people over at The Center for Effective Weight Loss, you guys have become like my family the past 5-ish months and I wouldn’t have made it this far without you guys! Lastly, I want to thank YOU! I have connected with some amazing people online during this journey, you guys keep me inspired and moving forward and I am so lucky to have such amazing support online!

I can’t wait to see what the rest of this journey and the next 98 pounds brings me!
