Week 30 Weigh In! 3 ounces?!

Hey Everyone!

Just got back from my optifast meeting, I weighed in this week at 229.1

This is just a loss of 3 ounces this week…


Yea…Not totally happy with this. I know why, its because I had a high intake of salt this week. I had some trying times where I made not the best decisions. I have now made the commitment to film every single thing I eat and put that in my weekly vlogs. Time again I have said that keeping my self accountable on this blog or on my youtube channel has been a huge part of helping me lose this weight. So that is my solution and I will see how it pans out, but I will not let myself fall back because I will never be that girl again and I will do what ever it takes and experiment with ways to keep myself accountable!
