Week 39 weigh in! 

Hey everyone!

Weighed in yesterday at 221.3 which is .5 up from last week. I didn’t tdon’t ack my food this past week and had a few things that were not on my plan but I have committed to tracking and filming all the food for my vlog! How has your week been? Let me know below!

  1. I have never tracked my food before now. It seemed intimidating, but it’s actually useful information, and 100% worth the time it takes to log things. Nice job with staying committed, too.

    getting new tattoo on Saturday
    broke up with me man, got (kinda) back together today, lots of emotional stress and confusion, and still losing not gaining!
